Two Injured in Head On Crash on Missouri 16

A head on collision at 7:40 Tuesday evening on Missouri 16 west of Canton injured both drivers.

The Missouri Highway Patrol says a minivan driven by 75-year-old Eldon Gaus crossed the center line and struck a pickup head on. The pickup driver, 27-year-old Christopher Humes of Canton sustained minor injuries.

Humes was taken by private vehicle to Blessing Hospital for treatment of minor injuries. Gaus sustained serious injuries and was taken to Blessing Hospital for treatment.
