Two Drug Arrests on Market Street in Hannibal

Two drug related arrests result from use of a search warrant by Hannibal Police Tuesday afternoon in the 3300 block of Market.Police say they found substances believed to be heroin and marijuana along with drug paraphernalia and items commonly used in the distribution of heroin.

Arrested at the scene were 29-year-old Vanell Williams of St. Louis and 20-year-old Kylee Crockett of Hannibal. Williams is accused of manufacture and delivery of a controlled substance. Crockett is charged with manufacture and delivery of a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance.

Both were taken to the Marion County Jail pending formal issuance of warrants.
