Two Dead After Crash on Adams County Blacktop

(LIBERTY)—A single vehicle crash on the Paloma Blacktop just over a mile north of Illinois 104 at 10:30 Friday morning results in the deaths of a brother and sister. The Adams County Coroner’s office confirms that 16 year old Cassaundra Clinging and 12 year old Chandler Clinging  were killed when the car they were in went off the road and hit a utility pole before catching fire near the Mt. Pleasant Cemetery.
