Two Arrests Follow Hannibal Traffic Stop

A traffic stop late Monday afternoon at 10th and Bird in Hannibal results in two drug related arrests.
Hannibal Police say members of their Anti Crime Enforcement Squad found what is believed to be methamphetamine along with drug paraphernalia on the driver—35 year old Brent Edmond of Taylor. Police say a passenger—34 year old Katie Snyder of Columbia was arrested on felony charges of possession of a controlled substance,  possession of marijuana and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia. Police say Edmond posted bond and was released. Snyder was released pending a review by the Marion County Prosecutor.
