Two Arrests Follow Assault Report in Payson

An assault report early Wednesday morning in Payson leads to two arrests.
Adams County Sheriff’s deputies say the investigation resulted in the arrest of 34 year old Heath Milan of Payson on charges of aggravated assault and 34 year old Christopher Kemper of Payson for aggravated assault and unlawful use of a weapon. The incident occurred in the 500 block of Magnolia in Payson. Kemper and Milan were taken to the Adams County Jail.
