Two Arrested in Quincy Area Burglaries

Surveillance video helps identify two burglary suspects.
Adams County Sheriff’s deputies arrested 50 year old Melissa Martin and 51 year old Donald Mayes of Quincy following an investigation into thefts and burglaries at a business in the 2800 block of South 48^th near Quincy. Deputies say both were arrested during a traffic stop near 6^th and State at 1:18 Tuesday afternoon. Deputies say the thefts occurred over several weeks. Martin and Mayes were taken to the Adams County Jail.
