(Knox County, Mo.)--A semi-crash means a Baring, Missouri man goes to the hospital by Air Evac.

The Missouri Highway Patrol reports 18-year-old Eric Burkholder was trailering a cargo tank containing liquid manure.  At 8:50 Monday morning, Burkholder lost control while rounding a curve on Knox County Route C,  12 miles northwest of Baring. The semi ran off the road and overturned. Burkholder sustained moderate injuries. He was flown to University Hospital in Columbia.

The accident caused liquid manure to spill into a ditch, but it was contained to the area. Troopers say the Department of Natural Resources was contacted regarding the spill.
