Troy Man Killed in ATV Accident

A 26-year-old man has died in an ATV accident in eastern Missouri. The Missouri State Highway Patrol says Bradley Ballman of O'Fallon was thrown from the all-terrain vehicle when it overturned early yesterday outside the town of Troy. Two other people on the ATV were also injured in the accident.
