Trial Date Set for Philadelphia MO Man on Sex Charges

A jury trial is set for April 7^th in Marion County for a Philadelphia Missouri man accused of deviate sexual intercourse with a child.
Marion County Prosecutor David Clayton says 53 year old James Keith allegedly committed these acts in October of 2017. Keith is held in the Marion County Jail on 100-thousand dollars cash only bond. Clayton says Keith is a convicted sex offender. If convicted on this charge, he faces a minimum of five years in prison.
