A traffic stop late Thursday afternoon in Adams County leads to an arrest on methamphetamine charges.
Adams County deputies stopped a car driven by 35-year-old Natosha Deweese of Quincy on Illinois 57 at I-172 because of expired registration. Deputies also found that Deweese had a suspended license. A search of the vehicle yielded a quantity of crystal meth. Deweese was taken to the Adams County Jail on charges of meth trafficking, meth delivery and for driving with a suspended license.
