Quincy Drug Arrests

(QUINCY)—A drug investigation by West Central Illinois Task Force agents and Quincy Police yields three arrests.

Quincy Police initiated the investigation late Monday afternoon in Sunset Park and they arrested 20-year-old Alex Wortham of Quincy for unlawful possession of marijuana with intent to deliver. West Central Illinois Task Force agents joined the investigation. They used a search warrant at 616 Chestnut where they found crack cocaine and marijuana.

Use of the warrant resulted in the arrests of 55-year-old Cora Wortham for unlawful possession of cocaine and 19-year-old Nykimmie Wortham for unlawful possession of marijuana. Alex and Cora Wortham were taken to the Adams County Jail. Nykimmie Wortham was released on a notice to appear.
