Three individuals face charges in Marion County following weekend arrests.
Marion County Prosecuting Attorney David Clayton says Randy Majors is charged with unlawful use of a weapon after allegedly pointing a loaded handgun at a man. Majors also faces charges of unlawful possession of a weapon and being a felon in possession of a weapon. Majors bond is 25 thousand dollars cash only. Clayton says Trenton Woodside is charged after allegedly pointing a loaded shotgun at another and threatening to shoot. James Bales is charged with felony assault for allegedly grabbing a man around the neck and throwing him to the ground. Clayton says bond has not been set for bales. Majors, Woodside and Bales were taken to the Marion County Jail.
