Three in Hancock County Jail on Drug Charges

Three Keokuk residents are in the Hancock County Jail following a traffic stop in Hamilton Monday night.

Hamilton Police report the arrest of 35 year old Kim Canida, 21 year old Daryn Ackley and 35 year old Steven Wright.

All three were arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia, Canida and Ackley were also charged with suspicion of possession of meth, Ackley is charged with possession of a hypodermic needle and Wright is charged with possession of cannabis.

The three are awaiting their first court date.
