Authorities report three drug arrests in recent days around Marion County.

Northeast Missouri Narcotics Task Force agents and Marion County deputies say Christopher Treaster was arrested Wednesday after he allegedly sold a controlled substance to a task force agent. Treaster is held on 100-thousand dollars cash only bond.

A Thursday traffic stop by Marion County deputies near Monroe City results in two arrests on marijuana charges. Deputies say a large amount of marijuana was found in a car driven by Blake Pingleton. Both Pingleton and a passenger—Joaquin Mata—were arrested and taken to the Marion County Jail. Pingleton was charged with possession of under 35 grams of marijuana and released. Deputies say the two told them they were on their way back to Illinois from Colorado. Mata is charged with possession with intent to distribute a controlled substance. His bond is set at 100-thousand dollars..
