Three Arrested in Quincy Meth Bust

(Quincy) – Officers with the West Central Illinois Task Force, Quincy Police, Illinois State Police and Adams County Sheriff’s Office executed a search warrant at an apartment at 3100 State Street in Quincy Friday afternoon.

The search revealed methamphetamine precursors, meth and drug paraphernalia. Taken into custody were 28-year-old Jeffrey White of Quincy, 24-year-old Tiffany Devlin, also known as Tiffany Adams of Augusta and 27-year-old Ronald Harker, listed as homeless.

White and Devlin are charged with possession of meth precursors, and Harker is charged with possession of meth. All three are in the Adams County Jail.
