(Quincy, Ill)--West Central Illinois Task Force Agents take three Quincy residents into custody on meth charges at 9:40 p.m. Tuesday.

 Officers arrested 46 year old Rodney L. Gallaher, 28 year-old Thomas L. Kaelen, and 36 year-old Poshia L. Oliver (aka Poshia Powell), all of 627 ½ Lind Street.

The three are charged with Aggravated Participation in Meth Production, and Unlawful Possession of Meth Precursor. Agents seized a shake and bake meth lab and numerous related components at the home.

Rodney Gallaher faces additional charges of  Methamphetamine Waste after agents found lab components in the Mississippi River Sunday and connected the evidence to the case.

All three subjects were lodged in the Adams County Jail.
