Music for all tastes, cars, dolls and art are among the types of events available in Hannibal this weekend.

Friday night, you have no less than three quality events to choose from.

The first in the "Down by the River" concert series happens at the Y Men's Pavilion on Hill Street from 5 to 9 p.m. Friday with a live band, food and drink.

Nationally known entertainer Todd Oliver and Friends comes to the Hannibal High School Auditorium Friday night at 7:30 p.m. That's a benefit for the Northeast Missouri Humane Society.

And, the final Hannibal Concert Association event of the season is Friday night, starring Kelly V. Smith as Cher and Shania Twain. Showtime at the Roland Fine Arts Center on the campus of Hannibal-LaGrange University is 7:30 p.m.

Then, Saturday, the 19th annual Loafers Club Car Show will inhabit the downtown area beginning at 8 a.m.

And, this is the weekend for the Second Saturday Gallery Walk, as the galleries in the historic district will be open from 5 to 8 p.m.
