Calling all student actors! Quincy Community Theatre is holding auditions for its fall family theatre production of 'The Wind in the Willows,' August 26 & 27 by appointment only for students entering grades 3-12.

This family favorite, based on the children’s classic by Kenneth Grahame, is told by approximately eight actors doubling in these timeless roles. Production dates for 'The Wind in the Willows' are October 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, and 20. Rehearsals will begin on September 4.

QCT is transformed into Toad Hall for this exciting production of the classic tale The Wind in the Willows. It is years after Mr. Toad’s wild ride ended and Toad Hall has been neglected. What events led to the demise of the beloved Toad Hall? A flood of memories overcome Mole, Rat, Badger, and Mr. Toad as they recall their adventures of the past…Stories of boating on the river, adventuring in the Wild Wood, battling weasels, and a few hysterical mishaps with motor cars await you in the fantastic tale. Will Mr. Toad be able to stay out of trouble long enough to help his friends save Toad Hall? Prepare yourself to be enchanted by this irresistible mix of adventure and camaraderie.
