The seventh season of Music Under the Stars, the Mark Twain Boyhood Home and Museum-sponsored free summer concert series, continues on July 11 with The Lucky Old Sons.

The Lucky Old Sons is an Americana and rockabilly band from St. Louis that focuses on piano driven rock and country music from the 50s and 60s. Members are Matt Davis on piano and vocals, Frank Bauer on tenor saxophone, Corey Woodruff on drums, and Steve Bauer on electric mandolin and vocals.

The Lucky Old Sons are inspired by Fats Domino, Jerry Lee Lewis, Johnnie Johnson, and Ray Charles. They also write and record original songs which are featured on their CD titled 'Friendly Valley.'

The performance begins at 7 p.m. in front of the Boyhood Home. Hannibal History Museum will be selling walking tacos, fruit kabobs, and cookies and Cave Hollow West Winery will sell assorted drinks. Each week there will be a free drawing for a Music Under the Stars t-shirt. Guests are encouraged to bring their lawn chairs to the event.
