The Hannibal Arts Council's annual UrbanINFLUENCE Art Camp for students between the ages of 13 and 17 will begin July 14. The art camp gives young artists an opportunity to work alongside professional artists that work in a variety of media.

“It’s always a challenge to keep kids engaged during the summer months. HAC sponsors programs for younger children every month, however we felt the need to offer an in-depth art experience for teenagers, and UrbanINFLUENCE was our opportunity,” says Michael Gaines, HAC Executive Director. “Mixing teenagers with area professional artists can play a role in sparking an interest in the arts and/or nurturing their creative spirit.”
