Taylor Man Killed While Crossing US 24

(WEST QUINCY)—A Taylor man is dead following a pickup truck—pedestrian accident on US 24 at West Quincy.

The Missouri Highway Patrol says 35-year-old William Oliver of Taylor attempted to cross US 24 at 3:15 Sunday morning. Oliver was struck by an eastbound pickup driven by 18-year-old Niecko Daucsavage of Quincy. Oliver was pronounced dead at the scene just over an hour later.
