For a lot of us, the coming of spring comes an increase in physical activity. That's makes spring an especially good time to make sure you're taking good care of your feet.

That care begins with the choice of shoes and socks. Choose socks that help wick moisture away from the skin to keep feet dry, and avoid socks that are thin or made from synthetic material.

When choosing shoes, you want footwear that is stable from side to side and well cushioned.
