Livingston County Jail in Chillicothe to Close
A northwestern Missouri county jail is closing immediately because of its poor conditions. Inmates at the Livingston County Jail in Chillicothe are scheduled to be moved today to the Daviess/DeKalb County Regional Jail in Pattonsburg.
