NEMO Narcotics Task Force Announces Lewis County Arrests
On Wednesday, March 18, 2015, the Northeast Missouri Narcotics Task Force executed a search warrant at the residence of Shandall Hickman and Kelsey Bugh located at 302 South 4th Street, Canton, Missouri. The Task Force was assisted by the Lewis County Sheriff’s Office and the Canton Police Department. This residence is located next to the Happy Time Daycare Facility and within the same block as th
