The Hannibal Board of Public Works has rescinded the boil order that the city has been under since lightning struck the Water Treatment Facility on Sunday evening. The boil order was to expire at 1 p.m. on Friday, but has officially been cancelled early.

Mill Creek Water District has released the following information: On Tuesday, April 2, water will be shut off on Rim Rd. from Maas Rd. south to the end of Rim Rd., including Shadow Ln. and Woodland Hills Cr. due to a water hydrant replacement. Water will be off until late afternoon. When service is restored, there will be a boil order until at least noon on Thursday.
