Suspect Arrested in Four Wheeler Thefts

(MONTICELLO)—A Quincy man is accused of theft in Lewis County. Sheriff deputies arrested 48-year-old Russell Miller after a year long investigation. Miller is accused of stealing three four wheelers and a lawn mower from farms in Lewis County. Three of the vehicles have been recovered. They’re valued at a total of 30-thousand dollars.
