A not guilty plea to first degree murder is entered by the man accused of killing 12-year-old Ray Humphrey in March.

20-year-old Steson Crider appeared in court Wednesday. Crider was arrested in May in Arizona. Trial date is set for September 14. If convicted, Crider faces 45 to 85 years in prison. Three family members are accused of obstruction of justice for allegedly helping Crider leave the area after the shooting.

Three people accused of obstructing justice following the shooting death of Humphrey have enter not guilty pleas to the charges. Stefan Crider Jr., Julia Crider and Stefan Crider III entered the not guilty pleas to those charges last month.
