A fourth person charged in the shooting death of 12-year-old Rayshone Humphrey has turned himself in. Stefan Crider III turned himself in early Wednesday morning at the Sangamon County Sheriff’s Department in Springfield. Crider was brought to Quincy late Wednesday afternoon.

Crider faces charges of conspiracy to obstruct justice. Crider's half-brother Steson Crider is held in Maricopa County, Arizona on suspicion of first degree murder.

Crider's parents are in custody in Adams County. They also face charges of conspiracy to obstruct justice.
