There was a pre-trial hearing Friday for a Quincy man charged with conspiracy in connection with the death of a 12-year-old Quincy boy.

24 year old Stefan Crider III earlier had pleaded not guilty to five counts of conspiracy. He is alleged to have helped his half-brother, Steson Crider, leave the state and get rid of a gun allegedly used in the shooting death of Ray Humphrey, Jr. March 28th.

Steson Crider is set to stand trial for murder October 13th.

Conspiracy charges against Stefan Crider III’s parent were dropped at the end of July.

Stefan Crider III’s trial is scheduled to start September 14th.
