The Kirksville Tigers tangled with the Highland Cougars Friday evening. In Girls' action, Kirksville rolls over Highland 55 to 24.  But the Highland Boys prevailed over Kirksville, winning 59 to 53. Our Sports Director Bill Shuler was court side.

NFL Playoffs

DENVER (AP) - Denver's Broncos are playing host Saturday afternoon to Baltimore in an AFC playoff game. During the regular season the Broncos had their way with the Ravens, beating them in Baltimore 34-17.

SAN FRANCISCO (AP) - Green Bay was beaten by San Francisco last September 30-22. That said, the Packers have had quite a bit of success against the Niners as they have won 13 of the last 15 games played. They'll be meeting once again Saturday night, in San Francisco.
