Some Hannibal Businesses Have Delinquent Licenses

28 Hannibal businesses have delinquent business licenses according to the Hannibal City Council.
City Collector Phyllis Nelson got the OK last night from council members to send a final certified letter today to businesses that have yet to pay for a license to operate in Hannibal. Businesses will have 30 days to comply or police will shut down the business.  It is rare for law enforcement to become involved. License costs range from 40 to 110 dollars.
