Winter doesn't appear to be quite ready to release its grip on the area just yet.

Forecasters are calling for the possibility of snow Monday morning, rain and snow in the afternoon, snow tonight and flurries Tuesday morning. No significant accumulations are expected. The National Weather Service says, at most, areas to the south of the Hannibal/Quincy area could get an inch of snow.

High temperatures are not expected to get out of the 30s Monday or Tuesday, with lows in the teens and low 20s. Highs will climb into the 50s Wednesday, with a high of 67 predicted for Sunday.

Along with moderating temperatures at mid-week comes blustery winds and the chance of showers and thunderstorms Wednesday and Thursday.
