Snow Piles Contribute to Edina Crash
Visibility problems resulting from piled snow contribute to a two vehicle crash at 10:30 Thursday evening at Monticello and Main in Edina.
The Missouri Highway Patrol says the collision occurred as a pickup driven by 54-year-old Daniel Niemeyer of Edina approached the intersection. The crash report says he was unable to see a car driven by 46-year-old Roger Brantner of Edina and the vehicles collided.
Brantner was taken to Northeast Regional Hospital in Kirksville for treatment of moderate injuries.
