Shepard Court Appearance

(PALMYRA)—A former Palmyra high school teacher is scheduled for arraignment today on charges of second degree statutory rape… second degree statutory sodomy and sexual contact with a student by a teacher. 40 year old Randy Shepard is scheduled to appear before Judge Rachel Bringer. Shepard’s attorney is expected to ask for a change of venue and a reduction in Shepard’s 100-thousand dollar cash only bond. An earlier bond reduction request was turned down.
