Seven people, including three Edina residents and a Quincy man, are expected to appear in federal court on meth conspiracy charges.

The US Attorney’s Office says 33-year-old Jonathan Prebe, 28-year-old Jessica Rudd and 43-year-old Jerry Davis of Edina were indicted on charges of conspiracy to possess methamphetamine, manufacture of meth and possession of pseudoephedrine for the manufacture of meth.

33-year-old Billy Reardon of Quincy and 51-year-old Sarah Baker of Brashear are charged with possession of pseudoephedrine for the manufacture of meth along with 32-year-old Angel Smith of Woodstock, Illinois.

Each count carries a possible sentence of 20 years in prison and fines up to $250,000.
