Search Underway for a Missing Boater Near Quincy

Searchers are looking for a man missing on the Mississippi River near Quincy.The search started Saturday after a boat capsized around 4 p-m about 3/4 of a mile north of Lock and Dam 21. Authorities say the missing man was not wearing a life jackets. Illinois Conservation Police identify the missing man as 19 year old Ean Reinold. Two other occupants of the boat were wearing life jackets and were rescued. A dog on the boat swam safely to shore.
