(BOWLING GREEN)--Three men and an unnamed juvenile are under arrest for allegedly stealing more than 23 hundred dollars worth of railroad tie plates. The Pike County Sheriff’s Department reports Tylor Locklin… Robert Hinch… and Glenn Niffen the Third of Bowling Green are charged with felony theft. They’ll be in court May Second.    The suspects are accused of stealing 195 tie plates from the Kansas City Southern railroad tracks near West Locust and 15th Street in Bowling Green. The suspects allegedly tried to sell the items for scrap at a local metal supplier.    There was no report on damage to the tracks, but a Kansas City Southern investigator assisted in the case.
