A Hannibal man arrested along with his brother on heroin charges entered a guilty plea in Marion County Circuit Court Tuesday morning.

The Hannibal Courier-Post reports Samuel Foust entered guilty pleas to two counts of possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute as part of a plea agreement.

Samuel Foust is the brother of J.D. Foust, the former elementary school principal who also entered a guilty plea on similar charges.

Samuel Foust’s sentencing is set for June 2.
