A Hannibal man arrested along with his brother on heroin charges entered a guilty plea in Marion County Circuit Court Tuesday morning.

The Hannibal Courier-Post reports Samuel Foust entered guilty pleas to two counts of possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute as part of a plea agreement.
