Two subjects were arrested Monday, April 15, following a drug investigation by officers assigned to the Hannibal Police Department Narcotics Unit.

43-year-old Douglas E. Robinson of Hannibal and 29-year-old Eric L. Dilworth of St. Louis were arrested and charged with Delivering a Controlled Substance. Both Dilworth and Robinson were placed on 24 hour holds.

On April 16, warrants were issued by the 10th Judicial Circuit Court charging Dilworth and Robinson with the Class B felony of Distribution of a Controlled Substance. Bond, for both men, was set at $100,000.00 cash only. Dilworth and Robinson remain in the Marion County Jail.

A criminal charge is merely an allegation and the defendant is, of course, presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
