Hundreds of people enjoyed watching the athletes at the Hannibal Ramp Park Saturday, putting on a show with their skateboards, bicycles and scooters.

Ride Cool at the Ramp Park was sponsored by Hannibal Parks & Recreation. Hannibal Clinic Health Services donated 150 helmets, which were distributed by Tom and Becky, Kendel Locke and Sam Hirner.

Prizes were donated by Coolbyke and Pedal'rs Bicycle Shop.

There was free entry into the Ramp Park all day and a contest was held, emceed by Casey Otto of P9 Entertainment.

Leland Sweet won a bicycle donated by Coolbyke through a raffle of all entries into the contest. Nick Allen won a bicycle donated by Pedal'rs Bicycle Shop through a raffle contest in which proceeds went to the medical expenses of Timmy Meyer, a frequent Ramp Park participant who was in a car accident.
