A Hannibal man was in Marion County Associate Court to face meth-related charges Friday.

Seth Richardson is charged with distribution of a controlled substance.

Richardson is alleged to have sold methamphetamine to a confidential informant. A search of his residence on St. Charles Street Monday uncovered a digital scale and plastic baggie corners, all of which tested positive for meth, along with a broken meth pipe and a wooden pipe that appeared to contain marijuana.

Two others in the residence when Richardson was arrested were not charged.

Richardson is scheduled for arraignment December 29th.
