Ribbon cutting ceremonies Thursday mark the opening of a one stop regional home ownership center.
North East Community Action Corporation’s Marion County Service Center houses the new Regional Homeownership Center. NECAC Executive Director Don Patrick says NECAC will work closely with home buyers on what will be their largest purchase they’ll ever make and work with their public and private sector partners on affordable home ownership.

NECAC’s 13 year partnership with NeighborWorks America helps make the homeownership service center possible. A 25-thousand dollar grant from NeighborWorks America helps make the center possible. Income qualified residents of northeast Missouri along with western Illinois and parts of southeast Iowa can find assistance in going through the home ownership process at the Hannibal service center.
