Results in From Two Roadside Safety Checks in Quincy

Roadside safety checks at Third and Maine and 30th and State in Quincy this month yield 21 arrests or citations.
Illinois State Police say the check at 3rd and Maine was conducted from late on the evening of January 9th into the early morning hours of January 10th. The 30th and State roadside check occurred January 23rd and 24th. No DUI arrests were made… but troopers report seven other alcohol or drug citations. There were four driver’s license offenses… three occupant restraint violations… two registration offenses and one insurance violation.
