Quincy Unlawful Restraint Arrest

(QUINCY)—A Quincy woman faces several charges after Adams County Sheriff’s deputies were called to the 1500 block of Zellerman Avenue Monday. 24 year old Oceaner Saulsberry is charged with domestic battery… unlawful restraint… aggravated assault and armed violence. Deputies say Saulsberry was reported to be in possession of a knife and that she had tied up three juveniles and was holding them against their will. Saulsberry was taken into custody without incident and the juveniles were turned over to a guardian without injury.
