Quincy University Gets $300,000 Gift in Recovery Campaign

Quincy University gets a boost in its financial recovery fundraising campaign.

Officials at QU announce they have a received a $300,000 gift for the campaign from the Franciscan Province of the Sacred Heart, the organization which founded what is now Quincy University in 1860.

School officials express their gratitude for the gift, noting that this puts them a third of the way toward their five year goal of raising $7-million dollars for QU’s financial recovery.
