(QUINCY)—A traffic stop early this morning results in several charges for a young Quincy man. Quincy Police stopped 21 year old Cass Tasco at 6th and Hampshire for having only one functioning headlight on his SUV.  Police say that when they asked Tasco for his driver’s license… he used a relative’s name and date of birth in an attempt to avoid being arrested for outstanding traffic warrants. Tasco’s true identity was discovered at the Adams County Jail where he was lodged on the two warrants. Cass Tasco is charged with obstructing justice… no valid driver’s license and improper lighting.
