Quincy Police report issuing 61 citations during a Special Traffic Enforcement Program detail from March 13 through the 17.

Police say around 90 hours were dedicated to targeting driving while impaired, seatbelt and other moving violations. 51 of the arrests were for seat belt violations.

There were three tickets issued for no insurance, two for expired drivers licenses, one DUI arrest and one arrest for driving while suspended.
