Quincy Shooting Under Investigation

Quincy Police say a 14 year old male was treated and released at Blessing Hospital after being shot in the head Thursday afternoon.
Officers were called to the 900 block of Payson Avenue at 4:12 p-m where the found the male conscious and alert. Police say they do not believe this was a random act. Detectives collected evidence at the scene and the investigation is ongoing.
