Quincy Scrap Metal Theft Arrest

A Quincy man faces theft charges following an investigation by Adams County Sheriff’s deputies into scrap metal theft. Deputies say 60-year-old Roger Parker is free on bond following his arrest after a scrap metal business in the 1800 block of North 30th reported thefts over the last two months. Parker has a court appearance scheduled for August 7.
