Quincy Police Seat Belt Detail

(QUINCY)—Quincy Police report 19 arrests of motorists in recent days for failure to wear seat belts. Police say that seven of those arrests came during a selective traffic enforcement detail Saturday at 48th and State. Six more arrests came during a detail Sunday at 24th and Harrison.
